The Victory India Charitable Tent of Rescue Yacht was established in the year 1989. It is a Non-Governmental Organization registered under society’s registration Act 1860. The registered office is situated in Chinnasettipalle village of Gudupalle Mandal near Kuppam Town in Chittoor District of Andhrapradesh in South India.
VICTORY started functioning since 1989 in and around the Rayalaseema region with Differently abled, Dalit, Tribal’s and other backward communities languishing in poverty. The comprehensive rehabilitation services for differently abled children, young and adults are being rendered since the inception promoting special education, rehabilitation services, community based services, awareness generation, capacity building, Liosoning for the benefit of the differently abled communities and Vocational Training and Placements . This is a people’s oriented project for the people and by the people.

Survey & identification of persons with disabilities and provide constitutionally provided support and guidance.
Awareness Generation for encouraging and enhancing prevention of disabilities, early detection and intervention.
Early Intervention and Therapeutic services for all types of differently abled.
To provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to the Differently abled Children, Young and Adults.
To implement residential/ shelter homes, short stay homes for the differently abled children, young and adults based on the need and category of the disability.
Counseling of persons with disabilities, their parents & family members;
Promotion of barrier free environment and to play an active role in the Accessible India campaign of the department.
Propagate free and compulsory education for all.
To promote and protect of child rights and RPwD Act.
To promote the activities against poverty, hunger and diseases as par with the human rights as per the norms of the governments.
To establish educational and vocational training institutions as per the need of the society.
To network with other likeminded agencies for the welfare of differently abled.
